Shipping

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to reflect after your confirmation email is received.

We ship both domestically and internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. Outlashed by Riah is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Outlashed by Riah is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or any circumstances outside of our control once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Outlashed by Riah is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier facility. If you believe your package is lost in transit (not yet marked as delivered), please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Outlashed by Riah is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We are unable to reroute packages once an order has been fulfilled.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and processed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Claims submitted outside of the 48-hour window will not be eligible for resolution. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before issuing a resolution.

Order Cancellations

All orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellation requests after an order has been submitted, regardless of processing status — including orders that have not yet shipped. Please double-check your items, quantities, and shipping address before completing checkout.
