Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Our promise: Every item is quality-checked before it leaves our hands.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We will review your claim and make it right. Claims submitted outside of the 48-hour window will not be eligible for resolution.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify any claim before issuing a resolution.

We do not offer product exchanges under any circumstances. If you are unsure about a product before purchasing, please reach out to us via our contact page — we're happy to help you make the right choice before you order.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed with care. Here's exactly what to expect after you place your order.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to reflect after your confirmation email is received.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Outlashed by Riah is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier facility.

If your package is lost in transit (not yet marked as delivered), contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Outlashed by Riah is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We are unable to reroute packages once an order has been fulfilled.

Outlashed by Riah is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order is placed, it's in motion. Please review everything carefully before you checkout.

All orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellation requests after an order has been submitted, regardless of processing status — including orders that have not yet shipped.
